It’s actually not difficult to sum up my inspiring friend and teacher, Bob Gambitta. I met Bob through several boxing-based seminars some years back, and I’ve had him as a guest instructor multiple times at my school, Fighting Spirit Karate. If you’re an artist, like myself, of any kind, then you are wholly committed to the exploration of self, and purpose, of higher learning, both physically and spiritually - right?

Bob has an effortless and graceful humility, skill set, wisdom, humor and beautiful heart in which he passionately gives access and way towards in his teaching and through his understanding of his craft. He is able to somehow manifest in his students the idea that relationship connectivity, sweat, hard work, passion, smiling and training are all one thing… and he makes every student count and feel like the moment they are in is the only moment that matters.

Bob is world class, period. He’s a world class person who simply extends this into his art and thus to all of us, his students.
